In trademark news, Warner Bros. is opposing WWE’s registration of the “Tazz” trademark, feeling it might cause confusion with their “Taz” trademark. Warner Bros. has filed a Notice of Opposition.
I guess the suits at WB finally woke up.  Tazz has been using this name since 1994.
