I know you’ve all been anxiously awaiting the first story arc for Dean Haspiel’s STREET CODE.
For those of you not in the know, we announced that Dean would join Zuda Comics with STREET CODE last April, at the New York Comic-Con.
Dean is, of course, the Eisner Award nominated illustrator best known for his webcomic BILLY DOGMA, and his collaborations with Harvey Pekar in the Vertigo series AMERICAN SPLENDOR, the graphic novel THE QUITTER and the upcoming graphic novel THE ALCOHOLIC.
According to our recent publicity announcement, STREET CODE is where Dean “returns to his semi-autobiographical roots and explores the emotion truths between prime and primate.
Anyway, the first story arc for STREET CODE, called “Awful George”, goes live July 18th!
